Title: KORMAS...just how many are there?

Came across this selection of kormas from a restaurant menu and thought blimey! (or words to that effect). I can't believe there are so many variations now on the korma. I thought you might like number 88 CA, no cherries though I'm afraid!  ;D

Korma Dishes (mild)

mild with cream and coconut cream

a rich cream dish prepared with fresh cream, mild spices & yoghurt

made with cream, coconut cream and chick peas
93. Lamb/Chicken Parsee Korma ....... ?5.70
cooked with cream, coconut cream, a touch of tangy sauce & lentils

Wow what a selection!! I remember cutting my teeth with Indian food on Korma's back in the 70's and they used to make me sweat then lol, how we've come a long way since then :)
