How on earth have I missed this thread? My filth detector is obviously faulty :-\
I'm looking to grow my own chillis this year...now how to get them to germinate...I've got a nice warm, moist spot after looking at the pics, but I wouldn't want me lips burnt...looks like I'll have to stick 'em on my windowsill then ::)

If you feel that your window sill is big enough for your "lips" Domi (warm and moist aside, of course)? ;)
I don't think 'im indoors would like some of those 18-inchers on my windowsill, Cory...it may make him feel somehow inadequate :-\ I'm sure it's for that reason he prefers baby carrots, though I'm not entirely sure... ;) You know how men are ::) Looks like it'll be birds eye chillis for me, the small ones pack more heat, which is sadly not true of 'im indoors either :'(
