Title: What a start!!

Finished making the Bruce Edwards base earlier and it looks, smells and tastes the business!! Couldn't resist having a play and put a bit of a CTM sauce together, it is absolutely unreal!! Best curry (sauce) i have ever made by far. Thanks to the forum for the inspiration.

well pleased for u.

the Bruce Edwards is a very good place to start - much learning in there.

the BE madras is also worth a try as a starting point too. the spice mix is one of my fav's.
