I am new to the site and I am looking to create my own dishes especially chicken tikka.

it uses patak's which i'm not keen on and think u either love it or hate it.

once u get into it perhaps buy some tamerind and degi mirch (chilli powder with strong red colouring) to add into CA's recipe.
