Title: Can I double up on base sauce recipes and freeze the surplus?

Hi All,
I'm just starting out making my own curries. I want to make the base sauce but what i need to know is if i want to make more and freeze it do i just double up on everything

there's probably a variety of thoughts on this. i would say yes. i tend to go the otherway wanting a volume i can use in a week or just over. i start out with halving everything. i'm not sure everything scales perfectly though and u may need to adjust over a few goes depending on how u feel - i generally don't find a need.
