i know its healthier sounding than a rogan josh dripping in oil ! , but would be interested to try a few veg curries. cheers DD

Basically just a tarka dahl with courgette and chilli its by Michael Pandya who has done loads of books on Indian veggie cuisine, well worth checking his stuff out if that's your thing.

These all look great, will try as many as i can in next 2 weeks. that veg razalla looks a bit special UB! thanks also to haldi for that little gem. the simple bir recipies chefs sometime provide can be seriously goooood  ;D
