Nice one bow1520! ill be keeping a eye on this seems as these web cams are becoming a bit of fad!! i dont mind love watching these chefs in action :) also there virtual kitchen tour is very neat!.

hi guys just been on the site seen the chef use worcester sauce poss a madras? there white light is too white if you know what i mean, there was a light coloured dish steaming away but could not see it properly.

Worcester sauce... interesting. I may try a dash of that in my next one to see how it goes.
BTW, I went to my local BIR last night for a Valentines Meal ;D ... considering there is only one true Bangladeshi establishment that I would call BIR and its 2 hours away!
I ordered a Madras and it was gorgeous. Two big observations for me compared to my recent efforts...
- the chicken was MUCH more tender than mine.
- the sauce (although 95% what of what I produce at home) had a much more strong taste of coriander. There was plenty of it mixed with the sauce, but not that much more than what I usually do. I wonder if his base uses a lot of coriander. I may add some to my next Ashoka go-round.
