Title: Hello from a Newbie

Hi All, A little about me, I am 47, I live in Shrewsbury in Shropshire. I'm married to Tracey (21 years) and have two kids (Luke and KellY) I love cooking very much. I have been cooking curry for a while, however, despite trying everything (including going on a curry cooking course) I cant quite get it right. I am okay with Chinese and Thai but Indian food has always stumped me. I have recently turned to Mr Huda (brilliantly easy) but it's out of a jar, albeit only a couple of tablespoons.
I have searched just about everywhere for somewhere where there are people who can guide me to creating perfect curries..

a big welcome.

your very very lucky living in Shropshire. i used to know it well (well around the bridgenorth area going south along the 7).

am sure the site will get u sorted.  my expectations have been well exceeded.
