No, never have, and in fact I've never seen a white chilli powder. I doubt the BIRs have either. Still, an interesting ingredient, tell us more.

I've never heard of White Chili Powder before and I'm a major chili pepper fanatic!
Are you sure its not a blend of spices for making White Chili Con Carne?

An indian friend, suggested i try some.
She said to be careful,
It is very hot and i like vindaloo with green chillis.
This stuff hurts.
She must use it for more traditional cooking.

I wonder if it's made form just the dried, powdered seeds, and none of the rest! That would explain the heat...

I think the powder is made using hot white chilies.

used it once to make a curry. i was sucking food through a straw for the next fortnight ;D got a nervous twitch now in the left eye. powerful stuff! ;D ;D :D
