I've just been introduced to the site and wow, what a find!!  I've been cooking curries and Indian food for many years, following receipes from many different sources, with varying levels of success.

I've had a quick look at a couple of topics and some on here certainly know their stuff so I'm looking forward to reading the various posts and improving my knowledge.

Thanks to the creators of the site and to the contributors for all the info, tips and tricks!
