Request here:
Ive had a little looky around the traditional curry board and im stuck for a recipe.
I remember getting and chicken curry cooked for me about 7 years back from a sri-lankan lady and it was proper tasty if i remember correctly it was a watery gravy where the chicken fell away from the bone and the chicken pieces obviously cooked for many hours. it was just chicken pieces in a pot of gravy no onions or peppers.
If Anyone has got any traditional recipes up there sleeves most welcome.
UB.

The best curry masala ever for a delicious chicken curry recipe is called Traditional Kashmiri Curry Masala, although you can use it for all types of curry.
The online shop for ordering it will be ready end of August 09. Or, if you tell me which town you're at and i'll give you the address of the nearest stockist, or I might be able to arrange a free sample to convince you.
Believe me its worth trying because you won't make a better curry than you can with this.
Hope Ive helped.
