2. If i was to use this recipe : http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=2142.0 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=2142.0)

What is meant by " Add ladle of base sauce and evaporate off" ???

3. Finally, when he refure's to at the start, heat base sauce , is that all of the 3 laddles full, then reserve after cooking chicken to add back later on.

I also dont know how much in sauce to use as it dosent state what size laddle is used and im not experienced enough to have a guess.?@?

Id be very gratefull if any one could help me on any of these questions.

Thanks in advance.  :) :) :) :)
