Hi.I have been cooking traditional curries for years using books like "Mrs Balbir Singh's Indian Cookery".Although some recipes are bang on(tandoori chicken,vindaloo etc)there's no recipe for dhansak dishes so I thought I'd try here.I have Kris Dhillon's book and am wondering how authentic(BIR)members find this.

Welcome to the forum, you will find that lot's of people love the Khris Dhillon base sauce\gravy but are not so keen on the individual curry's. Have a dig round the site and ask away ;)
