Now that I think that I'm well on the way to getting my base right, what I want now is to get the final stage on my madras right!
I've tried several options and one is the use of gara massala; should I use it or not? Should I use a little sugar? etc etc.
So, in your opinions, what are the best ingredients for the final stage? :)

hi kc try my rajver madras demo sauce for starters it is very good and has very little ingredients, or try the bruce edwards curryhouse cookery recipe also has very good reviews.

this is the link i have for the rajver madras. it is very good and the best I?ve come across on the site. i do leave the lemon juice and fresh toms out (personal preference).
