Last night I made one of the best yet.
Thanks to CK for your fantastic pre-cooked lamb recipe (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1915.0) - you've yet to let me down! Thanks also to Bruce Edwards for his classic Madras technique that although from days far gone, still sets the benchmark for a great Madras (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1952.0).

I haven't made a Madras in about a week.

Looks the nuts BB, I have recently gone back to chicken curry's, I did go through a phase of nothing but lamb, just to expensive unless you find some reduced!

I actually discovered that in Iceland, you can get a fresh pack of 4 quite large rumps for 3.50. That does me 2 nice sized curries, so it's not too bad. In Sainburys, a pack of 2 smallish lamb rumps is around 3.50 also. It's mad!

Thanks very much Mick ;D
I used a mixture of my own one and SnS' June 2008 base, as I had a little of each left over.
