Hi just wondering if anyone knows how to make a chicken tikka main meal sauce, its kind of brownie/yellowish not spicy but very tasty.
Have tried a few Chicken tikka recipes but none of them has the BIR main meal sauce
Any Help
Thanx

Hi,
Do you mean the curry sauce that you get on the side?
If so this could be pretty much any curry sauce that you want, more likely than not it is just a plain curry sauce. You can find recipes for curry here:

hi kendo try pete's chicken tikka masala demo, they use a red tandoori paste mix which contains pataks tandoori paste/tikka paste/kashmiri masala paste creamed coconut chopped very fine and ground almonds. add the paste as in the recipe with curry base sauce some caster sugar and finish with cream or evaporated milk and garnish with coriander. it is superb so i have been told by the friends i made it for.
