So it turns out I'm about a 2 minute walk from the biggest Indian cash and carry in Edinburgh... It's hidden away but I found it and picked up a couple of Balti dishes.

Here it is, Chicken Madras using my base sauce and standard Madras technique with CA's pillau rice. This was really tasty! ;D
