i don't suppose you've come across the "brown" coloured version - i'm particularly interested in what chopped herb is added.

Sorry, never come across a brown version myself, even down here the CTM's are the red colour (albeit with large chunks of scorched peppers and onions).

Scorched pepper and onion chunks? Sounds exactly like the disgraceful CTM's they have up here in Canada!
