Very new here but not really to curry.
I was walking past a shop and saw peppers for 50p a pound. So now I have loads of them! What I want is something that I can cook that has meat in it but also lots of peppers and not too hot as the kids will be eating it as well.
Any help?
HI and Welcome!
Is there a particular British Indian Restaurant dish you are trying to emulate?
Generally "loads of peppers" is going to make it quite hot.
I am assuming you mean bell peppers and not chile peppers?
Yep bell peppers, should have been more specific.
I have been trawling through the books I have and can't find anything where bell pappers are a major ingridient. I can't do a veggi dish as the only way to get my kids to eat curry it to make sure it has plenty of meat in it.

As Tamala says.... Plenty of Jalfrezi recipes you can put big slices of pepper in.
To tell you the truth I am partial to putting peppers into pretty much every curry I make now :P
sorry to be a boff - whenever we have a load of peppers we make spag bol.
how about a dopiaza, very nice with green bell peppers.

Cheers all. Found one on the forum. Youngest ate (5) it no bother, her ten year old brother had to have two glasses of milk with it.
