Title: Bruce Edwards Rice

This is the rice from Bruce's first curry house cookery
It seems a different style of rice
You fry it first and "burn off the starch"
I found the rice had a very nutty taste
It also didn't seem to fluff up as much as usual
But I enjoyed it, and would make it again
