Hello all, just made and ate a not very good curry, that's why I'm here!

Are you here to complain or learn how to make a decent curry  ;)

Choose yourself a good curry base recipe first.
Then go for something simple like a Madras (doesn't have to be hot).

Welcome to the forum Birdra, hopefully the days of making naff curry are long gone now  8)
