Title: Kia Ora from Taranaki, New Zealand
Post by: Jacy on June 07, 2008, 04:17 AM
Hi,

I moved here from the UK five years ago. We've got some really good resturants, but the grail is to make a really good Rogan Josh at home. This looks like the place to start!

Welcome to the forum Jacy.

I've always wanted to emigrate to NZ. Perhaps one day eh?

Cheers, both.

Josh, the RJ looks great. I'll be trying it over the weekend.

This place is a goldmine. The novice pages are great. (I've just whipped up some base gravy to work with.)I take it that Pataks doesn't feature much?

SnS. I'd recommend it. I was out bodyboarding last weekend and the ski season opened yesterday.I'd leave it a week or two, though, if England beat the All Blacks tonight.
