Title: Fijian Indian Curry
Post by: pooboy on June 06, 2008, 05:11 AM
Hi everyone
I was engaged to a fijian indian girl for 9 years we have now gone our separate ways she use to cook the best Lamb curry going not using a curry base but just basic indian spices I have made it a few times but just cant get it to taste the same, I went to Fiji on a holiday and at the hotel the chef cooked exactly the same lamb curry but he had left before I could get ant tips from him.
Has anyone got a recipe on how to cook it I can give you the ingredients but my lamb is always tough now matter how quick or slow I cook it

lets hope we can at least make a small amends by getting you closer to the lamb taste.

i've got CK's lamb on my list to try - it sounds spot on at producing very tender lamb and has very good reviews.

i guess u might be able to adapt the process to suit your ingredients.
