Title: Who uses black kalonji onion seeds?

Hi folks, just brought some black onion seeds. haven't got a clue how to use them. anyone got any tips on getting good results from these types of seed? Cheers DD

The only time I ever use them is when making naan bread,

I use them in Pat Chapmans spice mix, and for Naan bread.

Yep, for me a must for naan bread.

Also have seen them in BIR Korai's as well

when i made curry powder (now buy rajah) i tended to put them in as a norm.
