Anyone know a good place to get kashmiri chillies?

I just bought Camelia Punjabis 50 great indian curries and fancy the parsee red chicken!

There appears to be a discrepancy with the amount of fluid (coconut milk) used in the recipe.
Let us know how you get on with it.

I posted on ufdi about the discrepancy and I think 400ml of coconut milk is fine, damn good curry by the way
