Does Any one have any recipes or web pages that have curry recipes for one person?
as I am the only person in the house that loves curry. Freezer full by making curry for four and then freezing the 3/4

Hi smirch
Pretty much all of the recipes on this site are intended or one person as that's how the BIRs do it.
-
Hi smirch,
what sort of curry are you looking for? - madras perhaps?
how involved do want to get? - most BIR currys req a base gravy which will make liters of the stuff.
click for a quick curry for two (http://www.curryhouse.co.uk/rsc/quick.htm)
click for a more BIR style (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,2574.0.html)
hope that helps, UB.

Thanks all, did not realise that the recipes on here were for one person, perhaps I need to investigate the site in more detail as from what I have seen so far this is a most excellent site for curry lovers.
By the way has any one been to the NACTO web page as they have Great British Curry recipes

smirch,
i think i found the NACTO site on my way to finding CRO.
what was special with CRO was the depth of bases available. i'd made the Kris Dhillon (KD) base slightly modified for many years but could not believe how much better some of the bases are on this site (some meaning that i've not tried that many and not sure about what i haven?t tried - i list rajver, saffron and ifndforu as the ones i've settle on, the rajver & infindforu have coconut in the saffron doesn?t, i only say this as some people are not keen on the coconut, they all produce top notch results).

Sorry I forgot to include the web address for Nacto it is as follows www.natco-online.com/acatalog/index.html
I have tried the curry base from this site and it was ok

i certainly rate the natco spices along with rajah.
give say the saffron base a go from this site and let us know how u get on (there is a good post associated with the base which is well worth a read).
