I guessing a basic madras style is what your after?

why not try this, i would substitute chicken for the prawns,

Thanks for the recipe and I will not type in capitals anymore thanks for pointing that out to me

Ow and by the way I have made quite a few curries know and they are getting better but can you give me some advice when it comes to cooking spices what is the best way to bring out the flavours because although my curry are nice they are lacking in the flavours when I buy a takeaway the curries are busting with flavours what do they do differently.

Some advice would be really good
