Hi LJ
Welcome to the site, I'm sure you'll have fun.
With our recipes you could even be the first to open a BIR restaurant in Holland.

Hi, thanks for the welcome.
I made a base sauce yesterday, I can't remember which base recipe I used, sorry guys. I'll make sure I write down which recipes I've tried in future and let you know how I got on.
I made a chicken buna and pilau rice with naan bread and it was really nice.
I'm looking for a sag aloo recipe? anyone? ;D

well, they do have indian restaurants here but they are no where near to where I live, sadly. I think a basic meat dish with boiled rice is about 18 euros, add side dishes and naan bread and of course a beer and it's pretty expensive, nothing like back home.
I think I need alot more practice before I can cook well enough to open a restaurant LOL ;D
