Hi

I found my way to Curry Recipes Online thanks to a pal who gave me a recipe from here for a curry gravy and passed me the web address.

I'd never been able to make a satisfactory curry at home before.  So I surprised, and delighted, myself with the one I made with using the gravy.

Having now had a quick glance around the site I realise I have a lot to learn.

Welcome to the forum.  I'm glad the recipe worked for you.

Now you can keep busy trying the other 12 million of them on here! ;D

Hello Ladies and gents,
I gladly stumbled across this site via google, I have been enjoying curry in different forms and guises for the last 27 years, love making my own from scratch and
love curry of the hotter kind, minimum of madras is my start level these days.
Always looking to try new recipes, i welcome your ideas with open arms and naan bread on standby.
