They are...um....errrr....well, how can I put this! Nope, there's no easy way....
SULTANAS (plus a little panch poran)! Cos I...umm....errrr...like them! ;D ;D ;D ;D :-[
By the way, I cooked this rice by frying the spices in butter ghee and using the absorption method
PS: and sultanas are so very good for you too...and oh so very British! :P ;)
