Cheers Mike and Stew, what a welcome!

Have many recipes that I (and hubby) think are good but will see what's on here first so I don't duplicate.  Of course will give feedback if I try anything.

Hi All.
Sorry to jump in on this quote but I am unsure as to how to post on this site. I mainly cook for dinner parties and thought I would try something new. When we do eat out we occasionally 'eat Indian' so I will be trying out something from the menu. I hope to inform all of my progress. I hope my alias is not to presumptuous. currygall

Thank you curryqueen (and jethro) for the welcome. I hope you do not think this a stupid question but could you please explain how to post, I cant for the life of me (or hubby) see how it is done, or is it clearly staring us in the face?

It's quite easy :)
So, starting from the home page where all the different catagories of threads are listed pick one (click on the title), lets say   "lets talk curry".
The page will open with all the threads under that heading.
There is a button that says "start new topic" near the top of the page, hit that and it will throw you into a dialogue panel, start typing and submit it...sorted.

Hope this helps :)
