this is Cory Ander nann bread recipe mostly but remove the seeds and substituted the suger for honey!! cooked on a tava. well happy with the turn out!

....nice and light and fluffy!  8)

How do you find your non-stick tava UB?  Is it aluminium (it looks like it)?

I've always been reluctant to buy a non-stick tave assuming, maybe wrongly, that it won't withstand the high temperatures without the non-stick coating coming off?

hi cory, i love the tava, got it from ebay i have only used it a few times seems well made, time will tell tho. ps thanks for the recipe

Wow I've only just seen this thread that naan looks fantastic.  I've always been put of trying to make my own, I have a tava that occasionally gets used to make chappatis but thats it.  Going to have to try your recipe now Cory and thanks for sharing unclebuck great pic.
