Darth's base is nice and sweet but you might want to cut back on the chilli if it's for a Korma, having said that, the base itself is not that hot so you could cut back/ leave out any chilli in the Korma recipe of your choice.

I continue to use MarkJ's base for my kormas. I tried a different mix of nuts, milk and other elements last night, taking ideas from some other members feedback, thanks. It may even have been an improvement on my previous best effort. I won't give the details now but will, if I make another nudge forward that turns the recipe into something extra special.

Has anyone tried the curryhouse.co.uk recipe for chicken korma which is found only in the subscription area? If so, is that any good? Also, do any BIRs stand out for you as having particulary good kormas? Which places?
