Title: Hi new to site

Hi everyone:
I'm new to the site.  Found it while trying to find recipes which are just like the curry we get at the restaurants (and while I was doing some major procrasinating on work I need to do).  We live here in the US, but have lots of curry restaurants around us and are completely in love with it.  Have to say my husband is Thrilled I found this site.  We like the vegetable dishes the best so I'm looking for lots of those.  My favorite is chickpeas, my husband loves eggplant.
Looking forward to trying all sorts of bases out.
