Hey all
newbie here, i have been readin the forum for a while now and am intrigued, as bank holiday is dawning im planning on trying my first curry banquet, i want to request your best receipes for a k.p jalfrezi, chilli madras and chilli balti

i would apprecaite references to the best base sauce to use etc

would it be the same base sauce for all dishes?

any help much appreciated

Hi tristos,  ;) It is my opinion that, a base sauce is used for a variety of dishes, and so any of the splendid base sauces on here will do the job. Darth`s is a very good one, Stew`s also ranks very high IMHO. Good luck with your Bank Holiday banquet. Hope I have been of some help.....regards..mike
