Hi guys stumbled onto this site while looking for UK style curry recipes. Having grown up in the UK and now residing in Sydney (Australia) I miss the style of Indian restaurant cooking found in the UK. We have some good curry places here but different flavours. 8)Bob.

Why not make an "Aussie Madras" by slinging a piece of beetroot in it (like McDonalds do to make a "McAussie Burger"! :P ;)
