Ok I've been rummaging through the recipes for Korma and Curry Gravies and I haven't got a clue where to start lol (told you I was a noob)
I'm looking for a really simple curry gravy suitable to use to make a chicken Korma. Which one would you recomend for a beginner?
I'm absolutely dying to try some of these recipes out!

Hi HB,
First try this thread to help you navigate the site: http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1848.0
For a Korma, you need a decent, lightly spiced, pale coloured, curry base with no chilli in it.
As a start, I suggest you try one of the following curry bases, both of which have had many favourable reviews, and omit any chilli:
Infindforu's: http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=923.0
Darth's: http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=674.0
Darth's is probably a little easier to make. I have made decent Kormas from both of them.
Hope this helps! 8)
