hi all



stumbled across this site after looking for a recipe for chicken tikka masala (mother in law is coming for dinner and does not like hot curries :()can you lead me in right direction also looking for a good madras father in law me and the misses.
from what ive seen so far it all looks like heaven, trouble is where do you start with so many recipes? :o. I normally take recipes from books but they are OK ,always looking for that BIR as you lot say. hopefully i will be able to get it now  ;D.
