Just want to introduce myself. From the UK, West Midlands,found this site on Friday and joined on Sunday to browse all the great recipes on here.
I've been cooking curries for a few years now using The Curry Secret as a guide, but adjusting recipes for convenience and ease. Already found loads of tips and techniques to revitalise my efforts.

Welcome to cr0 ;D I'm a northern munky myself ;D I get a nosebleed if go any further south than Mansfield  :-[ LOL

As yu said, there are some great recipes on here, but I feel the site should come with a health warning lol **THIS SITE IS BAD FOR YOUR WAISTLINE** :o great for your tastebuds though :P ;D
