Here's photos of my first attempt at Darthphall's Curry Base and Madras.
I followed the recipe exept for the chilli powder.(The schwartz HOT curry powder would be enough for the wife. ;D)
Here's everything chopped and put in the pot.

I then made the Madras according to Darth's recipe, once again forgeting the chilli.
Sorry, I forgot to take a photo of the finished Madras in the pot.
Here's the Madras on my plate ready for eating. lol Looks like a small portion but it's actually a 15 inch plate. ;D

I got to say this curry was absolutely amazing and I would recommend anyone wanting to try a recipe from this site to try this one, you won't be disappointed. :D ;D
Hi deeboi, ;) looks like you had a good time in the kitchen, and that madras is the business :P . Nice one mate.
Looks great. Did you make the base exactly as Darth's recipe, or did you downsize it?
Today I'm going to spend the afternoon making Darth's base, and using it for a chicken Jalfreyzi-type curry this evening. I'll post some pics if I can find my camera.
Great site, btw, I haven't been able to contribute yet, but that will change as I'm spending more time at home now.
hi paul , I made Darth's base exactly except for the chillib lol ;D ;D ;D
Hi Paul, ;) don`t downsize it and you will have plenty to freeze for another time. Happy cooking.........
;D ;D
