Hi guys I seen this method of cooking on Raj TV when you take the lid off the clay pot the aroma is a real knockout, must be cooked on the lowest possible flame for around 10 to 12 minutes.

Wow!  Is that a ceramic pot directly on a gas hob EHC?  I'm surpised you haven't cracked the pot?  :o

....I know I did when I tried to do the same!  And Asdas willingly replaced it....bless them!  I've only ever used it in the oven since then  ;)
