Title: Happy Days

Hi everyone I'm Redgunner and am so pleased and impressed to have found this excellent site. I have been cooking curries for 18 years and it's so great to find a place like this where everyone has the same desire to cook that ultimate curry and share their thoughts and ideas and of course recipes. My aim at the moment is to cook a BIR staff curry as I have been lucky enough to have sampled these curries at a few places but have been unable to get the full recipes.

Hi Redgunner  ;) Welcome along. With 18 years under your belt I bet you will have a few recipes of your own to throw on our pile. Look forward to hearing more from you soon..

Hi RedGunner,  Welcome to a wealth of knowledge. I've been EATING curry for 18 years but only been COOKING curry for say 18 weeks  ;D so any tips you've got would be great.
