Title: Most Important Cooking Method
Post by: tempest63 on March 20, 2007, 02:45 PM
The most important cooking method IMHO is to cook your meat dishes the day before and leave them to sit in the sauce for at least 24 hours.

The taste really improves with age.

I find all my curry's improve over night and when reheated the next day, can't say the same for all restaurant curry though.
