Hi everyone
This is probably a daft question but are there any UK websites where you can buy spices and maybe fresh ingredients online?

This is probably a daft question...
I use google.co.uk as my home page. Highly recommended.
Type three words into the search box, for starters: " buy spices online"
Click search for UK sites only, and you'll be spoiled for choice. I find though, that the cost of postage is too prohibitive. Better to find a local Asian grocer and/or Asda, Tesco and other options.

Thanks George
I use an asian grocer now but they don't always have some of the spices and fresh produce that's mentioned in the recipes. I can usually get what I need if I visit a few different grocers though, and simply wanted to make life easier. Oh well, I'll continue supporting the local stores rather than deal with the giants like Asda and Tesco.
Cheers, Barry

This place is quite close to me in Braintree Essex. I saw it posted to ukfdi but I have never used the mail order. The shop is close enough for me to visit and has been a life saver.
