Got friends over on saturday and need a good authentic recipe for a nagis kebab please. ;)

I've never tried one but them seem popular according to this site:
http://website.lineone.net/~gazza.prescott/nargis/main.htm (http://website.lineone.net/~gazza.prescott/nargis/main.htm)
Is that the one?

Hi Curry King, that is the one - but i still can't find the recipe

i still can't find the recipe
It seems like it's not possible to link directly to the page with the recipe.
Go to the link above
Click GEN in left column menu
Click Nargis Recipe or whatever it's called, part way down the next page to come up.
They also have a good photo of a BIR naan and curry:

Now, I hope I can produce naans like that when I make my tandoor!
Hope this helps
George

I saw a recipe for one of these in a book but have never had one in a restaurant before, they look really good though.
I always put whole boiled eggs in my keema matar when I make it, tastes excellent, it must be very similar.
