Cheers Phil, worth the few quid to download, especially volume 2 that has links to videos showing the likes of Adey Payne cooking the curries

Ah, my version (MS Word 2007) pre-dates the inclusion of links, although it includes mention thereof [1] ...  But in vol.~2, I find two recipes for chicken jalfrezi
