Has Syed's put his tikka recipe up here? Can only find the lamb on his YT, and good though Lamb Tikka is:


It's not Chicken Tikka.

I used his chicken tikka naga recipe and omitted the naga and was very pleased with the results

I'll be doing this this afternoon, pending tonight's curry. (Which still needs to be decided itself!)

I think he could do with a sub-editor though ;)
