Hi Guys,
Just saying hello and that I'm going to be enjoying reading all the posts and trying out recipes.
It's been a long time since I made my own curries (based on ideas from the cr0 forum - is this still going?) but a few bad/indifferent takeaways during lockdown has encouraged me to start again.

Hallo Ted, and welcome back !  I say "back", because this is CR0, just re-badged.  Everything that you ever read on CR0 can be found here, and possibly quite a bit more that you have not yet seen.
