Hi everyone let me introduce myself my name is ekram I am from Kent I am 32 years old.I have spent most of my life in the building trade and I am a qualified plumber but in January I decided to ditch the spanner and pick up a chef spoon. So cut the story short for the last eight months daily I have been practising how to cook BIR style curry and learning from lots of different people on YouTube and speaking to chefs in my area who work in this industry. I had enough people to say that the food was on par if not better than their local takeaway so here I am now tomorrow with a hygiene inspection from the council the menus have been printed and contracts signed with just eat. A bit random yes I know. So this is my introductory post to say hello to everyone and hopefully I can carry on learning from you all

Many many congratulations, Ekram, and welcome on board.  Which part of Kent are you from ?  I ask because until about three years ago I was living in Kent, first in Tunbridge Wells and then in Chainhurst (the latter near Marden).

Well, next time go back to Chainhurst I will do my best to visit !  What sort of business will you be running :  restaurant, take-away, or something else ?
