Hi can anyone recommend the perfect pan for cooking curries?
Thanks in advance

It is widely thought that if you have a gas hob, a 24cm aluminium pan is the ideal tool. As I have electric and not gas, I use a flat-bottomed (vital, for ceramic hob), copper-bottomed stainless-steel pan from Aldi/Lidl with curved sides and a gentle curve where the sides meet the base. Nothing ever sticks, and it is probably the best
